Special Events
In addition to thought-provoking discussions within the conference halls, GEOINT 2006 is accentuated with the Allder Golf Classic to support the Foundation’s scholarship program, an opening night welcome reception, a hospitality night, and the Hall of Fame Dinner & Awards Banquet.
ALLDER GOLF CLASSIC
Kick things off with the “unofficial” start of GEOINT 2006 at Falcon’s Fire Golf Club—a Rees Jones Signature Design Masterpiece rated four-stars by Golf Digest’s “Places to Play.” Proceeds from this annual tournament, which honors the late William R. Allder Jr., fund USGIF’s yearly scholarships.
WELCOME RECEPTION
Unwind and signal your Florida arrival during this poolside gathering at the magnificent Gaylord Palms Resort. The festive island spirit, live band, and cigar rollers at the Key West pool will change your latitude Margaritaville-style. If that’s not enough, the Maritime pool offers a little taste of South Beach Miami—complete with great music.
GEOWALK HOSPITALITY NIGHT
Get ready to party! Universal Studios’ 30-acre CityWalk entertainment complex awaits you with the best-of-the-best in live music, dining, dancing, shopping, movies, and more. Accept your invitation from GEOINT’s corporate sponsors to enjoy complimentary food and beverages at the numerous lounges and nightclubs.
