DHS is leveraging mature geospatial intelligence activities from Federal Intelligence and Emergency Response communities to augment its geospatial preparedness capabilities for situational assessment. A panel of DHS leaders and experts from the Directorate for Preparedness and the CIO’s Geospatial Management Office will review DHS’ near and longer term geospatial intelligence needs, goals, objectives, and opportunities for private industry.
